This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbian United States Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it. This item has the printed signatures of the Companys Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Designer and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and is over 6 years old. This is the first time we have had this certificate for sale. Certificater has common mailing folds and is in EF+ condtion. Donna Karan International designs and sells men's and women's clothes, including suits, sportswear, accessories, and shoes, under the Donna Karan New York, DKNY, DKNY Jeans, and DKNY Active labels, DKI sells to upscale department and specialty stores, and through its own retail stores. The company licenses third parties to run most of its international stores. Fashion leviathan LVMH bought Donna Karan in November 2001.
