Description: Rare old hand made cookie cutter. I assume that she is Mary Poppins. Although she could be a Christmas Caroler.

She is 3" tall and made of heavy metal probably steel.

The condition is good there is old patina or tarnish.

I have done some searching around and I cannot find another one like her anywhere to make a comparison.
