This is a wonderful piece of royal memorabilia. This is a program from the Coronation on June 2, 1953 Of Queen Elizabeth II of England. The program measures 9.75 inches high and is 7 inches wide when closed. The programme has 40 pages, has a price of $1 and was made for the Canadian market to celebrate the coronation of their queen, and was printed in England by King George's Jubilee Trust. The last page is the genealogy of Queen Elizabeth II from 1066 and William the Conqueror. The program has a cover of embossed card stock and includes formal portraits, family photos, the crown jewels, a map of the route, a list of the procession participants that covers 11 pages, the entire service and interesting articles on the coronation and history of coronation elements. The program or programme is in near excellent condition inside with no tears, wear or dogears, whith general minor soiling on the cover and a place on the back cover where a sticky tag was removed at some time. A wonderful royal souvenir, hard to find especially in this condition and very collectible.
