Description: During the aesthetic period, jewelry was made using animals as figures and the more bizarre the better.I have taken a photo from Kaplan's Official Antique Jewelry guide where is shows a similar one in gold for $600.00 and up. This dimensional fly is marked GORHAM sterling on the back and is covered with 18kt gold leaf. The fly is almost 1" long and this is heavy and well made. Very little gold wear too. THis measures 2" long. Since this is Irreplaceable there can be no returns on this sale. Please use photos to make your decisions.
