Description: A beautiful natural pearl necklace with matching earclips. The American freshwater pearls have incredable color and luster. These pearls sometimes called Mississippi pearls were fished from Americas riverbeds during the 19th and early 20th century. This collection of pearls was made into a necklace and earrings during the 1950's. A variety of colors : Pink ,Mauve, taupe, white make up this rare piece. The luster and color overtones of the pearls almost give the piece and irredecent quality. It is mounted in white gold and lays perfectly at the neck. So unusual. A special collectors item.
