Description: This is a metal tube sewing kit that advertises Lydia Pinkham's pills. The side of the tube reads: Lydia E. Pinkham's vegetable compound blood medicine sanative wash liver pills. It is in excellent condition with very minor wear on the cap. It still contains the original metal needle case, 2 spools of thread and the thimble. This is both an advertising item and a fantastic sewing collectible.
