Description:
We offer a magnificent porcelain etui dating from the second half of the 18th century. It is a pure white hald paste porcelain. IOn one side there are paintings of a harbour with several figures, surrounded by pink and gold scrolls . It should be indicated taht the porcelain is shaped to take these scrolls.On the other side there is a couple on the banks of a lake or fiord and above a thatched cottage on a bank. Either end is decoated in a mauve coloured paintyings. In one case there is village and shore with a sailing vessel, whereas on the other end is a shore scene with two women walking.
There is nothing in the etui and thee would not to be any visible marks. There are no breaks or chips.
