Near Mint: Slight imperfection or aging that prevents the ad from being graded as Mint. Defects, writing and/or faults will be listed. Fine: May have Minor age yellow on edges. Minor wear from careful handling. Clean, flat with no serious defects. Defects, writing and/or faults will be listed. Very Good: Shows some slight wear and can have a reading or unnatural center crease, as well as a moderately rolled disposition Defects, writing and/or faults will be listed. Some discoloration.
