Description: This is an old, probably 1930s-40s metal valentine candy box. I have seen the old fancy cardboard valentine boxes but this is the first metal one I have seen. It is a 2 lb. and does have some minor wear. Well I call it minor you decide by looking at the pictures. I am sure the only reason it is still around for others to enjoy is because it was used to store various items over its lifetime. Which means it has not resided in a china cabinet all these years. It is 9" at its widest part and about 9" long. It does list all the ingredients on the side and the manufacter of the box from New York.
