Or Best OfferThis "Deep Cranberry" Chutney / Relish Jar is a original item of the 1898 Victorian period. It is done in a hand blown Deep Cranberry glass. It is 4 1/4" tall too the tip of the Lid by 3 3/4" wide. It is true Deep Cranberry glass not a sprayed on finish. It is free blown with a cut upper edge and a flat cut and polished bottom. It has 8 panels on the inside and a smooth taper to the outside. It has a fitted Brass lid with a spoon notch that fits very well. It has a tappered body with 8 interior panels. It is very clean inside and out and has no chips, cracks or damage of any kind. It came from a long time collection of a man and his wife who collected in the 1950's on. His wife has passed and he was just put in a home at 98 years. I will be listing more items from this old victorian collection in the weeks to come.
