Daisy Rifle Hard Hitting Free Ad 1935 This is a May 1935 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from Daisy Manufacturing Company of Plymouth, Michigan. Pictures the rifle. In order to get the rifle free, all you have to do is get one new two year subscription , not your own, to The Open Road for Boys Magazine, send in with one dollars and they will mail the gun to you. Ad shows in cartoon form a small boy getting subscriptions, sending them in and receiving his rifle. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 5 1/4 inches wide by 11 1/2 inches tall.
