Included in this unique collection are 99 different tin glazed, hand-painted ceramic spice and ingredient jars, made by Oud Delft, in five sizes and dating from the 1940s and 1950s. Our first photograph, circa 1955, shows the original owner standing in front of a breakfront which was custom-made to display the collection. Quantities by size are as follows: (6) 9" high and 5.6" diameter; (8) 8" high and 6" diameter; (10) 7" high and 4.5' diameter; (10) 6" high and 3.75" diameter; (65) 4" high and 2.75" diameter. In 1996 it moved to Waddinxveen and was acquired by Aardewerkfabriek 't Deltsche Huys B.V.
