This white marble female statue by the French artist, Claire Jeanne Roberte Colinet (active 1910-1940), depicts a lovely Andalusian dancer with castanets. Measures 20.75" by 10.5" by 5" and weighs an estimated 8-12 lbs. This lovely female is holding castanets, and wears sandles and a snake-like bracelet in bronze. Signed "Colinet" in the marble pedestal. This item resides with our client on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York, and may be seen by appointment.
