Fabulous 1863 Currier & Ives Civil War soldiers death certificate. The print which is dated 1863 is titled; " The Soldiers Memorial". Period inscription on tablet reads; Cyrus Waldren of the 22nd Reg. Co. K.Me. Vol. who died at New Orleans on June 20th 1863 at age 37. Entire piece measures 12 x 16 inches. Housed in a 19 x 22 inch oak frame with acid-free mating. Spectacular original Civil War piece.
