Antique Long Asian Table (Chinese Antique Coffee Table or Long Table). This antique Chinese table is unique in that it is low as a bench but long as an altar table. It may have been used to place items upon for presentation, like vases or flowers or works of art. Structurally, it is reinforced at each end but not in the center-as a bench would be. Therefore, it is not recommended to be used as a bench. However, it can be used today as a large coffee table, to place a large screen TV on, or to place under a wall-mounted TV.
