Paper has turned yellow. Booklet cover is green and reads Price: 5 cents by mail; 3 cents at Public Service Offices. Cover also shows numbers 21.00 at top right corner and a slight discoloration on the top left corner. This cookbook appears to have not been used. We consider it to be in excellent condition. It measures approximately 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches wide.
