Chalk Ware "Clown & Balloons" Wall Hanging The clown is 4 1/2" high and the width at the widest part is 3 1/2" in diameter . The diameter of the balloons is 3 1/4" X 3 1/4". The wall hanging is made of chalk ware during the 50's. Markings: The back of the balloons still contain the paper sticker which states, "Original Artmart, Made in Taiwan".: Condition: Excellent, "The chalk ware is not chipped, nicked or cracked.
