CELLULOID Western COWBOY Windup Lasso Old Toy

This vintage toy cowboy appears to be made of celluloid, or some very OLD plastic material. There is a key on his backside that operates the metal lasso. The windup doesn't seem to work. We didn't want to mess with it. This could possibly be repairable. The overall height is approximately 9 1/2". The base is about 4 5/8" at its widest point. The metal tab beneath the winder has pulled through to the inside. The two top tabs are still in place. This is a darling display piece. The colors are BRIGHT and VIVID.
