At center left is the Problem and grouped around it are the three prize winning cartoons The problem in this contest was a man in a row boat is caught in a water spout and he and his boat are lifted high in the air. The solution is that the spout left Sam high in the blue, but he will manage on the air waves and he is singing as he paddles away safely No signature on the Problem picture. Solution picture is signed by Phalen In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the cartoon. this magazine tear sheet measures 8 inches wide by 11 1/2 inches tall.
