At center left is the Problem and grouped around it are the three prize winning cartoons The problem in this contest was Steve was high in the air hanging by his knees on a trapeze that is fastened to an airplane and the rope breaks. The solution is his trapeze gets wings and he is floating safely in the air Do not see signature on problem picture but solution picture is signed by Larry Burke. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the cartoon. this magazine tear sheet measures 8 inches wide by 11 1/2 inches tall.
