C. 1920 CUT GLASS/STERLING SILVER DRESSING JAR

Unavailable

Circa 1920 Cut Glass/Sterling Silver dressing jar. The Sterling top has a Monogrammed Initial of HMG. The Jar measures 1 1/2" in Height and has a diameter of 1 1/2". The Sterling cover is marked Sterling D 1898. Their is also a mark on the Sterling Cover with a Anchor in the Middle and a Letter on each side. One of the letters appears to be a "G" and at this point I am not sure what the other letter is. --That might change!! I think their is a possibility that the mark Sterling D 1898 might be the year that the Sterling top was made. Also the Cover is loose and will not tighten but sits Comfortably on the TOP
