One hand carved buffalo head briar wood smoking pipe made in Italy, you mash the lever under his neck and his mouth opens, it looks like he had horns at one time, if so someone has dehorn him, the briar wood where the stem goes in is cracked (nor real bad). The pipe is 4-7/8" long with a 1-1/4" wide by 2" long by 1-3/8" tall head and weighs 1.1 ounces. It doesn't appear to have been smoked. On the base of the pipe stem is: can nor read the first word, hand carved imported briar Italy. Questions welcomed.
