Beautifully engraved certificate from the British Motor Trading Corporation issued in 1919. This historic document is hand signed by the Company’s Directors and Secretary and is over 83 years old. In 1919, a succesfull iron foundery owned by Harper Sons & Bean formed a consortium, called The British Motor Trading Corporation, and began building cars. The consortium eventually went broke by 1920 and Bean survived and built the Bean Fourteen car.
