Borden's Should A Parent Ad 1948 This is a December 30, 1948 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from The Borden Company. It pictures Elsie the Cow, Elmer the Bull, daughter Buelah and son Beauregard. They are standing outside in the snow by the mailbox. Elmer is standing with an open letter in his hand while daughter Beulah looks on horrified. Elsie is saying ""Should a parent open a Childs mail?"" In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/2"" wide by 13 1/2"" tall.
