Blue Ridge Potteries designs from Tennessee were popular in the 1940's-50's. They were hand painted in a myriad of bold, colorful designs, and each was prettier than the next. This design, "Green Brier," is done in dark green, chartreuse, and brown, with the nice pie crust rim. The plate is in very good to excellent condition--no chips, scratches, or repairs.
