Blenko Art Glass Hand Blown Fan, stingray Vase  Green & Blue Original Label,    The shade is a kiwi green with a cobalt blue blue.. Plus some blue that is bleeding up into the green on the narrow part .    The top is fan shape but the center of the body puffs out thus giving the impressioon of looking like the body of a stingray or manta ray.   It is 12" on one side but the other side that has a label is just a little shorter.   There is a mark on the bottom withing the pontil that looks like a signature but i cannot make it out.   

The condition is excellent.   It is hand made .
