Blackpool Progress h.p bone china? miniature urn. This little urn is a high grade of porcelain or bone china, very white. Note fineness of handle, something that is rather rare on miniatures. This appears to be a souvineer of some sort, hand painted with an unusual shield, feathers, armored helmet, lion, fleur-di-leur & a seagull? in the middle of the yellow & black sheild. Unusual to say the least. It has a eastern star mark on the bottom & a hand painted 131 in gold. 3" high x 1 1/2 wide at widest point. Mint condition
