Bizarre Vintage Fly necklace with insect on large Cabochon

This is a most bizarre vintage necklace with garnet colored and peking glass accents. The large peking glass colored center piece holds a large metal fly ( or bee>?) that is original to it. The setting is heavy and solid and it measures 1 3/4" long with bale. IT hangs from a unique and feminine chain that has tiny brass beads spaced 1/2" apart on it. The chain measures 17 1/2" long. Very aesthetic and deco looking.
