Bizarre Huge Spider Web carnelian Fly Ring Gothic and Mysterious

 

This fly sits on top of what looks like a web of raised relief in carnelian. THe sides of the heavy brass ring look like fish scales which gives this a very oriental flair. It is a HUGE setting ring and not for the shy ( see photo on a hand model). THe setting is a whopping 1 1/3" long and the ring is a size 8. The carnelian like stone has highlights of gold that catch the light and bring attention to this most mysterious spider who sat down beside her.
