This is a vintage electric 1960's Bettina Universal hair dryer in an ostrich skin carrier suitcase. The heating unit is attached to the carrier and blows hot air through a hose into a plastic cap covering the head of curlers. It has a long cord which allows the user to carry the case and move about a little while the hair is drying. It is in great shape and works fine.
