Baroque Style Viennese Enamelled Clock
Unavailable
This ebonized wooden clock in the Italian Baroque style was likely made in Vienna in the 1880s and features beautiful cast bronze neoclassical figures, pinecone finials, porcelain panels decorated with classical enamel painted scenes, and decorative brass mounts. There is no key and we have not inspected the clock movement. Overal condition good. One enamel panel on the roof is missing its brass frame, and there is only one watch dial. This item resides in our client's gallery on the Upper East Side of Manhattan ( New York City ) and may be seen by appointment.
