Cast iron griddle created as an advertising piece for the Ballard & Ballard Co. of Louisville, Kentucky, makers of pancake flour as pictured on the griddle. This company was later bought out by Pillsbury in the 1950's. #10, measures 10.5"d. Circa 1930's. Recently identified by a Griswold Collector's Society as being made by the Martin Stove & Range Co. of Florence, Alabama. In very good, usable condition. Price recently reduced.
