An excellent dovetailed wood box with the original paper label for "German Sweet Chocolate" made by Walter Baker and Company, Ltd. of Dorchester, Mass. All 4 sides have the Walter Baker labels on them along with the statement of being the "Gold Medal award winner" from the 1900 Paris Exposition. This is a marvelous wood carton that was used to ship the Baker German Chocolate. It is in excellent condition with only a small black ink stain on the bottom of the box at one end.
