Bakers Coconut Sponge Surprise Ad 1951 This is a May 1951 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from Bakers Coconut. Ad shows a baking dish filled with Coconut Sponge Surprise, recipe included in ad. Also shows and gives recipe for Tropical fruit mold and Springtime tapioca. On the tapioca the coconut is tinted green. All recipes look really good. In excellent condition Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 5 1/2 inches wide by 11 1/4 inches tall.
