A Superb Pair Of  Antique English, Victorian,  Sterling Silver Wine Coolers Complete With The Original & Collars. Made By Reily & Storer, London, 1839 Hand Engraved Full Armorial On Back & Front And Matching Crest On Interior Parts. Campana form in the rustic taste, applied entwined grape vine handles, wavy rocaille rims, the interior fitted with liner and collar, all on a plain square form base, height 12 3/4in (32.5cm); The coolers are solid silver, not weighted or filled. All fully & correctly hallmarked. The weight is approx. 7,800 grams = 251 try oz.. Other examples of Reilly & Storr silver can be found in various museums, a pair of their wine coolers are displayed at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. ....
