Guillochè style, engraved in the middle : PRESENTED BY CAMBERWELL BOARD OF GUARDIANS TO GEORGE SCOTT FREEMAN ESQ.R ON THE OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT FROM THE BOARD AFTER NINETEEN YEARS SERVICE DURING ELEVEN OF WHICH HE FILLED THE OFFICE OF CHAIRMAN AND BY HIS KINDNESS AND URBANITY WON THE RESPECT OF THE POOR AND ESTEEM OF HIS COLLEAGUES NOV. 1873 Diameter 13.38 in.
