This exceptional quality gold and silver gilded bronze lantern dates from circa 1900 and measures 36" tall and 14" across. Its style is neoclassical and will compliment any English Regency, French Louis XV, XVI or Empire decor. It features a foliate ceiling cap and cylindrical frame decorated with egg and dart motif at top, wave-like motif at bottom, floral rosettes, beaded molding between the glass panels and top and bottom, with foliate and ball finials at the base. The uprights and lower circular parts of the frame, and candle drip pans, are all decorated in gilt silver. This fixture will compliment any classical decor including English Regency, American Federal, French XV/XVI or Empire. It is newly wired and ready for immediate installation.
