This extraordinary ormolu bronze mirror in the French Louis XV style features a shield shape, twelve candle arms with foliate decorations and is surmounted by a sphere-shaped finial. Glass measures 36.5" tall and 26.5" wide. Patina is old and appears original. Possibly by E.F. Caldwell. Dimensions: 60" H X 37" W (152.4 cm H X 94.0 cm W).
