This is a very nice hardwood mallet! Made from locust or similar lighter wood, it has a 2.25" diameter. The handle passed through the head, and is 13.25" long, and very firmly attached to the head. As you can see, the mallet head has some end wear, but it is very solid, not cracked with years of life still left in it, and the handle is even nicer!
