Fantastic abstract design in a gorgeous golden glaze from the preeminent German tile maker, Wessel Wandplattenfabrik. I think of Wessel glazes as the German counterpart to J & JG Low glazes in the United States. They have a similar mysterious translucence. I have four of these tiiles available. The first tile is in excellent condition; the second tile has an underglaze frit in upper left quadrant which is original to the tile. The 3rd and 4th are in very good condition.
