Antique Victorian glass lamp base on iron pedestal, ready for electrical wiring, featuring stylized flower, leaf, and bird design in peach and white. This piece was converted from gas to electric at some point, and is ready to be rewired and refitted. It will accommodate a glass chimney with a bottom diameter of 2 3/4 inches to 2 7/8 inches. The lamp base measures approximately 12 inches high and 7 inches in diameter; it weighs about 3.75 pounds. The lamp base is in good condition. The glass, which has a satin-like feel, shows some surface wear but has no chips or cracks. The iron base is intact, with a some oxidation. The other metal parts are in good to very good condition.
