For Sale I have a wonderful Vintage Woven, Gilded Gold Frame, French Steel, Micro Bead Purse. The Purse displays an Arts and Crafts Geometric Design with Lattice or Fishnet Fringe. The Purse is 16" long with the chain.

The frame has an embossed Leaf decoration border with a Plunger Style Clasp and a decorative Looped Dangle on the front side. It has a Gilded Gold Chain Handle. The liner is peach colored that is slightly separated just below the Plunger Clasp. The liner has a braided trim overlay to finish the edge where it meets the frame. This is just a wonderful beautiful Purse.

The Purse is considered to be in very good to excellent condition as there are no other issues other than that mentioned above. The Fringe is in excellent condition as there are no torn threads and no beads are missing. The Purse is not signed but is definitely "French" and is classified as the Art Nouveau Period but I would have to say without a doubt the Pattern is influenced by the Arts and Crafts Movement.

This Purse was made Circa 1900-1920. I'm sure the buyer will not be disappointed with their Purchase.
