Antique Dutch Windmill Numbed Lithograph

Lovely antique litho of windmill behind a house at sunset. There is a lady in front of the house. The artist name is in the lower right corner. It looks like Graner or Grawe. The there is some smaller signature. Plainly visible is " GR 2203 Litho USA" . The print is lovely. There is not foxing or water stains. The is a problem with some paper stuck to the top near the edge. This will be covered up once it is matted and framed. There the right bottom corner has been bent a bit but not creased. That will smooth out once framed. The white paper that is adhered to that top edge can be gently pealed off. I just don't want to risk damage to the print by trying to do it myself. I am selling it unframed as is.
