Antique Cut Glass Footed Half Liter Beer Stein estimated to be from the late 1800's The body of the stein has cut designs and 3 panels of beautifully detailed etched wheat motifs. Near the top of the glass is etched with 0.5 L and the top edge of the stein is ground and polished.. It has an applied glass handle and cut star burst on the bottom. The bottom of the stein and handle show age appropriate wear. Stein has no chips. The pewter lid and thumblift are very ornate. Stein measures 10 1/4" tall to the top of the lid and weighs just over 2 pounds 9 ounces.
