Antique Chinese ivory carving, depicting two birds in a delicate floral & foliate open work surround, mounted on a carved wood base (comes off, peg support), the carving alone measures 2-3/4" high x 4" across, with stand 4" tall overall, the carving measures 1/4" thick at the bottom and 1/8" thick at the top, condition is very good, no chips, no cracks, no repairs. The photos show front & back of the carving. From the estate of a well traveled Bloomfield Hills, Michigan socialite.
