Antique Arts & Crafts "ball and twist" fireplace andirons, circa late 1800's. Each substantial andiron measures about 16 5/8 inches high, 8 3/4 inches wide, and 14 1/4 inches deep, and weighs about 9 pounds. The andirons appear to be hand cast and hand wrought. The shank is bolted to the front, with a square-head bolt on one andiron and a hexagonal-head bolt with an embossed "A" on the other andiron. Condition is very good with some wear and aging. There are a few nicks in the twisted legs. Please refer to the 4 photographs for appearance and condition. Shipping / packaging will be $15 - $35, based upon the zip code of the buyer.
