Airplane TV-Table Lamp

Here you will find a one of a kind DC3 Airplane Lamp. This Art Deco piece can be used as a table or TV lamp. Someone had a clever thought and made this lamp out of a DC3 standing ashtray. I put this in a "One of a Kind" group, due to the fact that they were not mass produced. It is a wonderful conversation piece. The entire piece is in excellent condition, no repairs, no cracks, no damage of any kind. The base is chrome and slag glass and stands on four feet. The glass is a white with swirls of light butterscotch and green vaseline. The plane is mounted on a swivel based knob, so you can move it to any position you like. There are four light settings, only the plane on, only the base on, both the plane and base on and off. The underside of one of the wings is stamped "USA". All parts of this outstanding art deco piece are in perfect working order. This piece displays wonderful all alone, or if lucky enough to have the ashstand, this makes a great companion. See photos.
