6 PORTLAND EAPG Handled Sauce Dish DIAMOND and SUNBURST

Unavailable
6 clear Early American Pattern Glass tab handled flat sauce dishes made by Portland Glass in the Diamond and Sunburst pattern, c. 1865. 5 of the sauce dishes are the individual size measuring about 4 1/4" diameter and 1 is a larger sauce dish measuring 5 1/4" diameter. One of the small dishes has a tiny nick on the outer edge and 2 have microscopic nicks on the inside edge, all very minor and inconspicuous. A few have a mold mark and tiny bubbles in the glass here and there. Larger one has no chips, has a small mold mark and tiny bubbles in the glass. A piece in this pattern is shown on page 80 in the Standard Encyclopedia of Pressed Glass, 3rd Edition. These dishes have great sparkle, so nice to find 6 in the same pattern!
