3 Tiered Tidbit Serving Stand, Vintage Hammered Aluminum.  It is 14.5 " tall and 11.5 wide  at the bottom, largest plate.      Has etched flowers and ruffled edges 

The condition is good and there is one small ding near the egde on the bottom plate.  It is like a nail pushed it in.        There is a screw at the bottom so that it appears to be able to break it down for storage.
