2 Vintage Charmin Chatty by Mattel. Two sweet 25in dolls made of all jointed vinyl. They have sleep eyes, one blonde and one redhead, with rosy complexions and pouty lips. They are dressed in vintage dresses and shoes that look well on them. They are from 1961 and they talked but now they do not. Still quite charming, this pair!
